Error Code	What this means	What to do
0x0000 0030	Async status from the adapter indicates a hardware issue.	This message can be logged due to a system slot error. Check the error log for PCI_Unrecoverable_ERR. or for FCS_ERRx errors.
0x0000 00d9	The AIX DynamicTracking and Fast Fail features are enabled , but the adapter firmware or devices in the SAN do not appear to support these functions.	The IBM Adapter VPD has a VPD field that is used to determine if these AIX features are supported. Check adapter VPD for ZM entry value = 3. Use the following cmd: "lscfg -vl fcsx" where x is the adapter If the ZM field is present with a value of 3, then check that the SAN device for Dynamic Tracking or Fast Fail.support these features.
